Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in Scream Diego! Vendor booth registration is now CLOSED AND  WAITLIST ONLY! The debut of Scream Diego will be taking place on October 12 and 13, 2024 at the at the Sheraton Mission Valley San Diego Hotel.

 

All vendor booths are now CLOSED AND WAITLIST ONLY. The booth spaces included one table (8 feet) and two chairs in an 10 ft wide x 8 ft deep booth space. Vendors needing a double space will pay double. Standard booths come with two passes, while Deluxe booths come with four passes.

General Rules and Regulations for Scream Diego Vendors

  • Vendor and artist information will be sent at the about a week before the event. Confirmations will be sent out shortly after application and payment are received.
  • Full refunds will be given within a week of registering. Any request for refunds prior to October 1st will be 50% of total fees paid. There are no refunds after October 1st, unless event is cancelled.
  • The Scream Diego committee reserves the right to change or substitute vendor/artist layout and to limit vendors of similar items.
  • All vendor spaces (with some exceptions) are 10 feet wide x 8 feet deep and come with one table (8 feet long and 18 inches deep). You may NOT exceed the amount allocated for vendor spaces, which will be STRICTLY limited to the 10 ft x 8 ft space.
  • Vendor/artist indemnifies and agrees to hold the Scream Diego committee, Silk Road Productions, and the venue, any associated agencies affiliated with the festival event and their members, officers, directors, and employees, harmless against any and all liability whatsoever arising from any claim made against Scream Diego or loss incurred by vendor/artist as a result of or in any way arising from, relating to, or connected with the obligations identified within Agreement including loss or liability caused by active negligence, except loss or liability caused by sole negligence or willful conduct. This shall survive any termination of this rental agreement.
  • Vendor/artist understands that they may be photographed or video recorded and you agree to allow photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the organizers.
  • There is an option for a DELUXE Vendor booth, which will include four passes and your choice of available spaces.
